Reservation policy:

After filling up the form you will receive an email with the confirmation of reservation (if available) with account number to which the prepayment has to be made.

PAYMENT:

In case of reservation 25% prepayment is needed. /There is a possibility to cancel a reservation up to 6 days before your arrival to the apartment./ The next 75% of payment will be made after receiving the keys to apartment. While meeting with our employee you will sign a contract of short-term rent. Our employee will explain every detail of how the equipment in apartment works, if you will have any question during the stay in Cracow feel free to ask our employee, who will be pleased to help you.
